Scam Alert - Fake Calls from the Kent County Sheriff's Office

The Kent County Sheriff's Office is warning residents about scam calls from people pretending to be deputies. They claim you have a warrant, missed jury duty or owe fines and demanded immediate payment.

Remember:

• The Sheriff's Office will never ask for money or personal info over the phone and or email.
